2018 Honolulu Meeting Location & Hotel Information

The WRF will take place at the Modern Honolulu.  Full cancellations are provided within 72 hours of arrival (Hawaiian Standard Time). The period to reserve a room has closed. Please go to the hotel’s website to book directly at the standard rate.

Self-funded participants booking information:

The conference rate, including taxes, will equal US$297.75/night (259 room + 38.75 taxes). We apologize as this amount is a few dollars off from the original estimate.

Guests from travel eligible economies booking information: 

The rate shall equal US$203.48/night. (177 room + 26.48 taxes). We apologize as this amount is a few dollars off from the original estimate. 

All guests should not be charged a US$30/night resort fee.
